The International Shooters Alliance is a new standard for competitive shooting.
Created for modern shooters, self regulated, transparent and built to grow the sport worldwide.
Now you can compete in world-class events at your range.
Join ISAThe International Shooters Alliance exists to transform the way athletes compete in shooting sports, removing barriers that have historically limited participation—distance, travel cost, schedules, and access to major events. We believe the future of the sport is more open, more measurable and more connected, where any dedicated shooter can compete under a clear standard and earn recognition through consistent performance.
ISA introduces a competition model that combines freedom and structure: you can shoot at the club you already trust, on the days that fit your routine, while still competing under a standardized system that makes your score meaningful beyond your local lane.
Instead of relying only on scheduled events, ISA creates a continuous championship environment, where every verified submission helps build a real ranking—one that rewards discipline, improvement, and consistency over time.
You can go to any range and create your own schedule
Track your progress over time by checking the official leaderboard
The system is simple and practical: video + target photo and app submission
Community first: built for engaged shooters.
Innovation and technology you have never seen before in the shooting world
ISA has brought innovation and technology to the world of shooting.
It's never been easier to participate in a world-class competition. Go to your range, choose a drill, upload your result in our app. It takes a few simple steps to participate.
ISA competitions are designed to be simple and fun:
Choose your modality inside the ISA system
Shoot it at your local range, following the official setup
Record a continuous, uncut video, and take a clear photo of the target
Submit in the app, and your performance is registered in the official rankings
This structure protects fairness while keeping the experience practical, repeatable, and accessible for shooters across the United States and beyond.
All ISA drills are performed at 7 yards (6.5 meters). Any handgun — pistol or revolver — is allowed, including modified firearms and optical/optronic sights. Equipment choice is the athlete's sole responsibility.
Points = sum of target hits. Hits touching a zone line count as the higher value. Zone X (when present) = 10 pts. Tiebreaker order: 1) Fastest time — 2) Most X-zone hits — 3) Oldest athlete.
Official target in A4 or Letter size. Incorrect target or size = disqualification.
Speed + precision under a simple standard
3 shots / 5 seconds
From Low Ready position. When the timer signals, the athlete must raise the weapon and fire the 3 shots within the time limit.
3 shots / 5 seconds
Arms relaxed at your sides. Weapon fully holstered. Finger off the trigger. The weapon may only be drawn after the timer signal. When the timer signals, the athlete must draw the weapon from the holster and fire the 3 shots within the time limit.
Speed + mandatory reload
10 shots / best time
10 shots / best time
5 shots → mandatory reload → 5 shots
Fire 5 shots, perform a mandatory reload (even with ammo remaining), then fire 5 more. Fastest time wins. Failure to perform the mandatory reload will invalidate the test.
Precision + target transitions
8 shots / 10 seconds
8 shots / 12 seconds
2 shots at each of the 4 central geometric shapes of the target. The order of the shapes is up to you. However, exactly 2 shots must be fired per shape. After the last shot: safely holster the weapon or leave it open and unloaded on the workbench.
Accuracy across sectors
8 shots / best time
8 shots / best time
2 shots per target sector. Each sector must receive exactly two shots. Firing more than two shots in the same sector results in a penalty. Missing the corresponding sector also results in a penalty.
One-handed precision challenge
10 shots / best time
5 shots strong hand → switch → 5 shots support hand
Draw from holster, fire 5 shots using only the dominant hand, switch, then fire 5 shots with the support hand only. During each sequence, only one hand can be in contact with the weapon. Any support from the second hand invalidates the execution.
Compete with integrity, submit with clarity, and keep safety first — always.
To participate in ISA official rankings, you must:
Only submissions that match your active plan/selected drills are eligible for ranking.
Your range rules always override ISA guidelines.
Safety Note: Any submission showing unsafe gun handling may be rejected and may result in ranking removal.
What you must submit:
Your video must be:
Your video must clearly show:
Before you shoot, the camera must capture all items below.
Say clearly: e.g. 357 low ready
Then return to the firing line and begin the drill.
Blurry or incomplete target photos may lead to rejection.
ISA is built on trust + proof.
After the last shot, the first action must be:
Holster the firearm safely or leave it open and unloaded on the bench.
Only after this may the competitor:
Any violation of this procedure compromises safety and may invalidate the run.
An athlete will be automatically disqualified for:
Integrity and honesty are fundamental principles of this competition.
ISA and its representatives are not responsible for accidents, incidents, or damages resulting from drill execution. Safe execution, firearm handling, and rule compliance are the athlete's sole responsibility.
Train with responsibility. Compete with discipline. Execute with safety.
ISA is a U.S.-based international organization that promotes worldwide competitive shooting through a simple, proof-based system: shoot at your local range, record your run, submit in the app and get ranked.
To make organized competition accessible anywhere—so shooters can train with purpose, compete consistently, and measure progress on an official leaderboard, without needing to travel or wait for a specific event date.
It's a 3-step flow: 1) Shoot an official ISA drill at your range. 2) Record a continuous video + photo your target. 3) Submit in the app → your score is posted to the official rankings (after verification, when applicable).
At launch, ISA includes: 357, Fast 10, Ring of Fire, 4x2, and Strong and Support. More drills (and divisions) can be added as the sport grows.
Option A — Annual Plan: One annual membership covers participation for the season/year. Best for shooters who plan to compete regularly across multiple drills. Price: $100/year. Option B — Single Modality Entry: Pay only for the drill(s) you want to shoot. Best for shooters who want to try ISA first or compete occasionally. Price: $10 per drill.
A valid submission requires: One continuous, uncut video (no edits), a clear target photo after the run, and a submission in the app that matches your Annual Plan or your selected drill entry.
At minimum: shooter introduction (name + ISA ID if available), the drill name spoken clearly, a clean target shown on camera before the run, and the full run recorded continuously from start to finish.
Yes—as long as the drill setup meets ISA standards and your range allows that activity. Range rules always come first.
Most shooters only need: a safe and legal firearm setup for their range, a smartphone to record video, official target (or approved equivalent), and any required gear defined in the drill rules (e.g., timer—if the drill uses one).
ISA uses proof-based verification (video + target photo). Depending on the drill and participation level, submissions may be: automatically posted with basic checks, placed into a review queue, or randomly audited to protect leaderboard integrity.
You'll typically receive a reason (examples: video cut, no clean target shown, blurry target photo, incorrect setup). You can re-submit if you re-shoot the drill under proper conditions and your entry is still valid.
1. Create your ISA profile. 2. Choose Annual Plan or select your drill(s). 3. Read "Rules & Safety". 4. Shoot your first drill, submit, and get ranked.
